Chef Michael Rigot

The chef and general manager of Rye Bar & Southern Kitchen, Michael Rigot brings over 20 years of culinary experience to the table. After graduating from the Pennsylvania Culinary Institute, he worked in the kitchens of many prominent hotels across the Southeast. While at the Westin Birmingham-Sheraton Hotel in 2010, he was named Chef of the Year by the Alabama Hospitality Association. Rigot's seasonal menus feature traditional southern cuisine inspired by North Carolina farmers.
